Terms of service

The plain-language version of how we work together.

Our service

Grace & Light Holdings LLC builds, hosts, and operates ACTS, a benevolence-request tool for churches, on your behalf. ACTS reads incoming benevolence requests, weighs them against your church's own policy, and recommends a decision; a person at your church approves every decision. ACTS never moves money — it does not disburse funds or take payment on your behalf.

Payments

Pricing is shown on our products page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Monthly plans run month to month — there's no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime; service runs to the end of your billing period. Founding rates are held as described at signup.

Fair use & honest results

We ask that you use our service lawfully and treat our team with respect, as we'll treat you. We work hard for real results, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes — every business is different, and much depends on the work you put in alongside us.

Liability

We provide our service in good faith and to a high standard. To the extent allowed by law, Grace & Light Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here. Questions? Mitch@graceandlightholdings.com. Grace & Light Holdings LLC, Celina, Texas.

Effective June 12, 2026.
