A 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, retired as a First Sergeant — the senior enlisted leader accountable for the discipline, training, welfare, and readiness of an entire company of Marines. As a Drill Instructor and Regimental Drill Master, he took young men and, in thirteen weeks, built them into principled, disciplined Marines. He carried that leadership into the mortgage industry, led a nonprofit, and moved into operations for a construction & hardscape company. A husband and father who leads from his faith, he's made that same discipline the backbone of how Grace & Light is built and run.

Shay

A dynamic professional who spent her career serving C-Suite executives — work that taught her exactly what attention to detail means and what keeps a business owner up at night. She built that career as a single mother: a master class in running operations under pressure with no room to drop a ball. Her range runs through photography and sales — a trained eye and a proven instinct for people — and her discipline runs deeper still: a lifelong commitment to health, and a gift for lifting the person quietly struggling before a word is said. She co-signs every decision and holds the standard on everything the company puts its name on.
